| Description: | This line of ROTORCOMP intake controls is designed for screw compressor units up to an intake air capacity of 5,5 m³/min / 195 CFM. Consisting of a base regulator and a flangeable control unit for the various operating modes it incorporates the following functions: Allows for a closed inlet at start up to reduce the starting load Vents the sump pressure at shutdown and unloaded condition Vents the sump quickly when the unit is stopped Bone dry operation No oil will pass back out of the inlet filter Quiet operation A guided air flow through the system guarantees sound dampening Electric modulation control: The electric modulation control C60-2, C100-2 und C150-2 allows alternatively for a start/stop or idling operation depending on the final pressure adjusted on the electric pressure switch. These control units are interchangeable and fit all basic regulator sizes.
